Saucony's New Liberty ISO Under the R4YL Spotlight

Saucony's New Liberty ISO Under the R4YL Spotlight

Saucony has recently launched their all new Liberty ISO, which contains all the features of their highly popular Freedom ISO, but offers a slightly more supportive alternative. R4YL had the pleasure of trialling the Liberty ISO, and boy did it result in some some fast and responsive runs! So what makes this shoe so great?

Firstly, extra stability is provided by a lightweight medial bridge, while the midsole has cushioning properties that are not only comfortable, but which returns 83% of the energy absorbed. Who doesn’t love a shoe that gives back?!

Secondly, the Liberty ISO also features the brand’s racing-inspired ISOFIT dynamic upper - an ultra-soft, inner fit-sleeve crafted out of stretchable air mesh that morphs to the foot for a sock-like feel. The breathable engineered stretch mesh upper and streamlined heel support frame add to the shoe’s impressive fit and lightweight performance.

But enough science talk. I’m sure you thinking - “but does it look good?”. I am personally always torn between wanting to look hip and trendy in my joggers, but also ensuring I’m doing the right thing by my feet. And luckily, there is no compromise with the Liberty ISO. The design is modern and sleek, so much so that I felt ready for a Lululemon photoshoot.

The Liberty ISO is available from good running stores, The Athlete’s Foot and Saucony.com.au
